The goal is more energy for what you want to do IN LIFE and a better sense of wellbeing. Don’t let “raising the metabolic rate” become the primary goal.

In the beginning I did everything I could find at once. I had no idea of what helped and ended up getting stuck, having to start from the beginning.

Don’t start hammering hundreds of grams of sugars per day.

Don’t just start ordering bulgarian research chemicals and downing them endlessly.

Realize it will take time. It will take a shift in how you live, your day-to-day.

There is no “ONE THING” that’s going to fix it all, although some things will definitely help you more than others.
